Obituary For Monica E. Woods
Virginia Beach Monica E. Woods, 84, of Virginia Beach passed away on July 1, 2019. Born in Hawaii she was the daughter of the late Emilio and Maria Beyarin. She was preceded in death by her son Bobby Chris Woods and her brothers Peter Tuzon and John Benjamin, Sr. She retired after many years with Crown Petroleum in Virginia Beach. She was a member of the Tidewater USBC Women’s Bowling Association in Virginia as well as a member of the Pin Boys Laskin Road League Bowlers prior to her retirement. She enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and any John Wayne movies.
Survivors include her siblings Wally Tuzon & Juana Fisher and her sister in law Cheryl Tuzon. Her children Pearl Craig (Al Craig), Edna Ramirez, Jeffrey Appleman and Brian Woods (Mary Woods). Her daughter in law Jeannie Woods and her family along with many extended Ohana in Hawaii.
Grandmother of Bobby & Aiden Woods, Brandy Barker, Gloria Thompson, Nicole Solis, Shawn Dwight and Chad Tolliver.
Great Grandmother of Jovial & Isaac Thompson, Ava Barker, Owen, Kane, Jaxon, Jett & Joelle Tolliver.
A Celebration of Monica Woods' life will be held where she resided for over 40 years on July 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Iâ??ll love you forever Mom and miss you the rest of my life. Iâ??m grateful for the time we had during the last days and you got to meet your newest great grandchild Isaac. My heart is broken forever knowing Iâ??ll never see you again, but one day, somehow, weâ??ll be together again. â?¤ï¸?â?¤ï¸?

She was a great person and I'm truly honored to have known her as long as I, my mother, and father have.
I can not think about Virginia Beach without thinking about the Woods family. My heart goes out to everyone. -

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at the loss of this sweet little lady. Take comfort in knowing she will be with her beloved son Bobby, and the other family members who have gone before her.
