Born in France in 1935, Nicole Buckley succumbed to cancer on October 28, 2021. She outlived her mother Lucette Audouin, her father P. Robert Audouin, her brother Christian Audouin and her middle daughter Dyann Buckley. She is survived by her oldest and youngest daughters, Sabrina Buckley and Miss Denise Buckley, two grandsons, and two great grandchildren, and beloved family in France. In 1957, she and her new husband moved to Fort Eustis, VA. In the 1960s, she began work with Alsthom Atlantic at the General Electric plant in Schenectady, NY. She enjoyed a long career with Alsthom progressing through the ranks to manager of the International Trading Office, particularly enjoying contract negotiations and business travel. Her retirement brought her more time with family and old friends, as well as several new friends who were a special pleasure. She was bright, kind, forthright and respected by all. She will be loved eternally.
