Philadelphia, PA - Norma Jeanne Kimbrell, age 76, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2025, in Virginia Beach, VA. Born on March 12, 1949, in Philadelphia, PA, she spent much of her life as a beloved resident of Philadelphia.

Norma was a dedicated professional in the banking sector, where she worked tirelessly at a credit union. Her commitment and work ethic were admired by colleagues and clients alike.

A graduate of high school, Norma valued education and the opportunities it provided. She carried this appreciation throughout her life and career, leaving a legacy of perseverance and dedication.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Eve (Runyan) Markert, and her husband, Craig Steven Kimbrell. Norma is survived by her beloved sons, Adam C. Kimbrell and Steve D. Kimbrell along with numerous other family members and friends who will deeply miss her presence and warmth.
