O’Brian Tullis, 61 years of age, passed away unexpectedly in his home October 1, 2018. He was born November 15, 1956 in Portsmouth Virginia. He was an amazing and dedicated Father who lived each day to support and care for his daughter who was the light and purpose of his life. He was a hard worker and was meticulous about doing a perfect job. He loved fishing, football and politics.â?¨â?¨He is survived by his daughter, Kayla (Nikki) N. Beebe, his baby momma and best friend, Kelli J. Beebe, his father, Gerald F. Tullis, his brother, Reginald J. Tullis, his sister, Barbara J. Brightman, his brother Gerald (Jerry) F. Tullis Jr., his brother, Robin S. Tullis and his sister, Kelly L. Thomas, his special niece, Bailey Tullis and many other nieces and nephews. â?¨â?¨He is preceded in death by his mother, Ethel “Pat” Tullis and his sister, Patricia A. Rufkahr, his grand parents Harold and Genevieve Tullis and Thomas and Gilbertie O’Brien.â?¨â?¨Services and burial will be private for family only.
