Patricia Ann Irwin, 87, entered into eternal rest on June 21, 2026.

A native of New York and longtime resident of Chesapeake, Patricia devoted her professional life to caring for others as a nurse practitioner. Her compassion extended beyond her career, touching the lives of family, friends, neighbors, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Mary and John Irwin.

She leaves behind both her beloved daughter, Ariane Fantin, who cared for her every day on Hospice; and her favorite grandson, Ian Segarra, who will forever cherish her love and memory.

A life devoted to serving others leaves behind a remarkable legacy. Patricia’s kindness, wisdom, and gentle spirit will continue to be remembered with deep love by those whose lives she enriched.

At the family’s request, arrangements are being handled with care by Simply Cremation.
