Patricia Ann Ogden, 65, of Elizabeth City, NC, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025. Born November 29, 1959, in Fort Knox, KY, she spent most of her life in Virginia Beach, VA.

She will be remembered as a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Jonathan Simmons, Jennifer (Anthony) Valadez, and Rebecca (James) Willis; grandchildren, Jackson Simmons, Ryan Strain, Jason Willis, and Ella Willis; mother, Mary Rose Longley; siblings, Timothy (Susan) Longley, and Donna McClung (David Galvin); many nieces, nephews, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth E. Ogden, and her father, Harvey Longley.

Patricia was a dedicated professional who held senior leadership roles in the retail industry, which allowed her to travel and explore the country.

She loved spending time with her family and dogs, gardening, and cherished quiet moments on her porch with hummingbirds and her koi pond.
