Obituary For Regina Jones

Gina "Regina" Jones, 60, of Virginia Beach, passed away on May 29, 2023. She was born on October 11, 1962, in Portsmouth, Virginia.

Regina was fiercely loyal, loving, kind, and capable. She was survived by her husband Danny, children Kat (Britt), Danielle, and Dalton, brother Jim (Danette) Poole. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Gene Poole.

Regina had a distinguished 26-year career with the Norfolk Police Department, where she retired as a Sergeant in 2010. She was respected and admired by her colleagues and loved by those she served.

Outside of work, Regina devoted her life to horses, which were her lifelong passion and hobby. She loved spending time at the stables and competing in equestrian events.

Services for Regina will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD), a cause that was close to Regina's heart.
