A liar, cheater, manipulator, cash demanding greedy person. She was pretending to be a Norfolk Cop which is a crime. She had a huge police officer badge on her arm, so she told everyone who'd she was a cop. When I knew her, she thought she was African American, one time she thought shes Puerto rican, one time she thought she was Irish. She had a lot of mental problems. She is now at peace & I hope she found it. My parents thought she was evil.
