Suffolk - Rhonda Lynn Cahill, born on February 17, 1971, in Salisbury, Maryland, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2025, in Suffolk, Virginia, at the age of 54.

Rhonda dedicated her professional life to bringing warmth and kindness to all those she encountered. She worked as a Receptionist at Wishing Well Counseling, where her gentle demeanor and welcoming smile left a lasting impression on colleagues and clients alike.

Above all, Rhonda cherished her family and treasured every moment spent with them. Her devotion to her loved ones was evident in all aspects of her life, and she leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion. She also loved spending time with friends, especially over a meal. She always put others first.

Rhonda found great joy and solace in her faith as a cherished member of the Church by the Beach in Chincoteague, VA.

She was preceded in death by her beloved mother, Sharon (Thorne) Mintmier, and her father, Darrell Mintmier. Rhonda is survived by her son, Timothy Cahill, her daughter, JoAnn Cahill, her brother, David McCloud, and numerous other family members and friends who were fortunate to have known her.
