Richard "Rickie" Rowe passed away in Norfolk, VA on March 28, 2026. He was born to Frank and Mary Rowe on December 2, 1959 in and lived in Virginia Beach most of his life.

He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Amanda and Jayson, his granddaughter Ava, his brothers Frank and Allen, and his niece and nephew, Constance and Josiah.

A memorial service will be held at Freedom Fellowship Church, 836 Regency Dr., Va Beach, Va. on May 14, 2026, Thursday at 7pm.
