Portsmouth, VA - Robert Craig Livingston, born November 11, 1964, in Portsmouth, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on October 3, 2026, in his hometown of Portsmouth at the age of 61.

A lifelong resident of Portsmouth, Robert was a dedicated former shipyard worker who contributed many years of service to his community. He was a proud graduate of his local high school.

He was an avid fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Virginia Tech football.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Robert R. and Ann R. (Britton) Livingston. He is survived by his sister, Amy M. Livingston, along with numerous friends who will miss him dearly.
