Roger Ismael Gamez, born on December 28, 1957, in Nicaragua, passed away peacefully on September 10, 2025, in Norfolk, Virginia, at the age of 67.

Roger devoted much of his life to the food service industry, where he worked diligently and earned the respect of his colleagues. His dedication to his work was matched by his commitment to his family, whom he cherished deeply.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Abraham and Irma. Roger is survived by his devoted wife, Elba Regina Martinez, his children, and a large extended family and circle of friends who will miss him dearly.

Services to honor Roger's life will be held at a later date. His family and friends will gather to celebrate the lasting impact he had on their lives and to say their final farewells to a beloved husband, father, and friend.
