Rose Marie Moore, 64, of Chesapeake passed away Thursday, October 13, 2016 at her home surrounded by loved ones. She was born in Portsmouth, VA to the late Harry Roy and Rose Elizabeth Wheeler. She enjoyed loving life and people and family gatherings and dining out and music and gardening She is survived by her husband Raymond Moore; daughter Donna Siebert; son David Williams; and grandchildren Cody Siebert and Cheyenne Siebert. I worked with Rose at Beach Ford, there was never a day that she showed up and didn't ask how I was, how was my family, and always looked at the bright side of everything! She was an amazing person, very kind and wonderful part of the Beach Ford family for many years. She will truly be missed. My condolences to her family.
