Rosetta Scott, born on August 10, 1941, in New York, passed away peacefully on September 1, 2026, in Virginia Beach, VA, at the age of 85.

Rosetta was a dedicated and valued Account Representative for the New York Telephone Co., where she committed many years of service with professionalism and grace. Her contributions to her work were marked by diligence and an unwavering sense of integrity.

A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree, Rosetta's pursuit of knowledge and dedication to her career were commendable. She was a source of inspiration to those who knew her, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and deep commitment to those she cared about.

Rosetta is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Arthur Scott, and her parents, Samuel and Rose Simpson. She leaves behind a loving network of extended family and friends who will cherish her memory and celebrate her life.

Services to honor Rosetta's life will be held at a later date. She will be remembered for her warmth, strength, and the enduring love she shared with all who had the privilege of knowing her.
