Scott Raymond Kroeger, born on November 14, 1968, in Quincy, Illinois, passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025, in Portsmouth, Virginia, at the age of 57.

Scott led a distinguished life, marked by dedication and service. A proud Navy veteran, he served his country with honor and commitment. Following his service, he pursued a career as a wine production lead, where his skill and passion were evident to all who worked alongside him.

He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Rita and Leroy Kroeger. Scott is survived by his devoted husband, Robert Daniel Davis, who was his partner in life and constant support.

Scott's legacy will be cherished by those who knew him and loved him. His absence leaves a void that can never be filled, but his memory will endure in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.

Services to honor and celebrate Scott's life will be held at a later date. The family appreciates the outpouring of love and support during this difficult time.
