Shirley Wimer Blackburn, aged 90, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2025, in Virginia Beach, VA. Born on June 20, 1935, in Waynesboro, VA, she lived a life marked by dedication and kindness.

Throughout her career, Shirley worked diligently as a real estate agent, serving her clients with integrity and establishing lasting relationships within her community. Her commitment to her profession was evident in the respect and trust she earned from all who had the pleasure of working with her.

She was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Katie and John Wimer, whose memory she cherished throughout her life.
