Stella C. Zednik, 89, passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011 in a Virginia Beach Hospital.
Born in Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Jseph Chavayda and Dorothy Straka Chavayda. She was predeceased by her husband, Robert Zednik.
She is survived by her son, Richard Zednik.

Richard, I was so sorry to find that your mom had passed away when I stopped in to check on her when visisting my grandmother Margaret Davis(past roommate)last week. I know the nurses expected her back soon. She spent the evening with us at Ms. Davis' 97th BD in August and I wished her happy 89th in Sept. I was so fond of her and will think of her each time I use the pillow cases she made me. I was working on hers for Christmas. My prayers are with you at this time. She will be missed!!
