It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Thomas Wesley Proctor, our beloved brother, uncle, nephew and friend passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 28, 2023 due to a long and courageous fight with cancer. He lived in Winterville, NC.

Born on 9-27-1962 in Elizabeth City, NC. He was 61 years old.

Wesley worked as a plumber with O & W Plumbing, LLC in Winterville for many years! He loved to do woodworking and fishing in his spare time!

He was preceded in death by his parents, mother, Emerald Byrum Thessin, his father William (Bill), Ralph Proctor Sr., step mother Fay S. Proctor and step sister, Deanna P. Sawyer.

He is survived by his loving siblings , sister, Darlene Twine(Milford), of Hertford, NC, brother, Ralph Proctor (Lourie) of Winterville, step brothers, Cecil Pierce (Sarita) and Danny Pierce both of Hertford , NC and step sister, Rene' Salamone of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
