Obituary For Tommy Joe Henderson

He was a faithful member of Faith Free Will Baptist Church.Tommy enjoyed going to church passing out tracks and being in the Gideons.He will be remembered for saying “I’m saved and on my way to Heaven and if your not we really need to talk” and passing out million dollar bill tracks.

He is survived by wife Christine Henderson, sister Ann Ashbrook, son Bryan Keith Henderson his wife Shannon, son Jeremy Dale Henderson his wife Penny, daughter Margaret Yates Henderson, daughter Amanda Marie Henderson her husband Ron, son Tommy Joe Henderson Jr his wife Danielle. Followed by 18 grandchildren Blake, Haley, Abby, Ethan, Abby, Micheal, Ariel, Jacob, Drake, Katie, Courtney, Ann, Gracie, Ruby, Sawyer, Freya, Jesse, and Roxana. Four great grandchildren Carsen, Graysen, Laken, and Elaina. He was pre deceased by his parents Archie and Ruby Henderson and his brother Gary Henderson.

The service will be held at Faith Free Will Baptist Church in Carrollton, VA on April 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Greatest Gift Fund at Faith Free Will Baptist Church or the Gideon ministries.

    Tommy was an awesome man. But not because he new so much about fixing automobiles or was a dedicated family man, or was a good friend to have. Tommy was awesome because he was a Godly man who spread the word every chance he could.
