Victor Baxter, born on September 22, 1964, in Okinawa, Japan, passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026, in Suffolk, VA, at the age of 61.

He was preceded in death by his father, Victor Baxter. He leaves behind a loving family, including his devoted mother Faith, his cherished children, and numerous extended family members and friends who mourn his passing.

Victor will be remembered for his kind spirit and gentle presence. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him deeply.

Services to honor Victor's life will be held at a later date.
