For years I thought of Walter as my big brother and always a loyal friend. Had a great sense of humor and loved 'testing' the limits, like the time he jumped off the Rudee Inlet Bridge! Service in Viet Nam took a toll on him but he persevered with strength. Becky Spargos McIntyre

Walter lived on the street in front of us when our family moved into Thalia when I was in 5th grade. Walter & I chatted on the phone as friends regularly. Although it was so long ago, I have delightful memories of him as a young man. I'm so sorry to read of his passing. Patricia Green L.
