Obituary For Wanda L. Cartwright

Norfolk, VA Wanda L. Cartwright, 81, of Norfolk, passed away on May 8, 2012.

She is survived by her daughter, Tammie (David) Greene; and her sons, Tim (Jody) Cartwright, and Alex (Jane) Cartwright. She is also survived by five grandchildren, Courtney, Timmie, Jr., Lauren, Christian, Patrick, and two great-grandchildren.

A private memorial will be set for a later date.

    My greatest wish is to be a Comfort to you and Dave as you were for me 20 years ago. There's nothing much left to say to those who honor their mothers with all their heart. When sadness overwhelms you as it will, at times, ... remember that the smiles will come again - and laughter with a friend or a loving memory. You were the best daughter/son-in-law a mother could ever dream of. Wanda deserved that and her reward came to her for all of her hard work. I loved Wanda very much. Thanks for sharing your Mom with me over the years. She always made me laugh! Love never dies. I will think of her often with great memories.
