Wayne was a very cherished friend of mine. He was one of the first people I met when I moved to Norfolk 30 years ago. He was a blessing in my life and many others as well. He had a big heart and loved his family and friends. I'm going to miss your smile Wayne and have a wonderful journey to be with our father in Heaven, don't look back. You have my heart. Love, Mark.
